The Arbutus Centre was redevelopment project. It included complete upgrades to certain aspects such as the civil infrastructure while keeping a portion of the existing mall in operation throughout construction. This was mixed-use project including 285 market rentals and 100 City of Vancouver rental suites. Further there is close to 100,000 sq ft of commercial retail space including six shell spaces and a fit-out of a large Safeway store. Our team provided steel stud, insulation, drywalling and paint services to all the rental suites and commercial/retail spaces.
