This project consists of two six-storey buildings and four two-storey villas with a distinctive façade of floor-to-ceiling windows. Each home receives the maximum amount of sunlight while minimizing glare, based on the buildings design. 1555 W8 is a collection of twenty executive residences with a four and an eight-storey element. Steel stud, insulation, drywall, and paint were completed for the residential units. The two distinct masses of building are also arranged to enclose a shared courtyard garden.

This four-storey concrete residential building features 16 spacious, high-end two and three-bedroom suites. The units have expansive windows, over-height ceilings, air conditioning, premium kitchens, bathrooms, underground parking, and retail space on the ground floor. Steel stud, insulation, drywall, and paint were completed for this residential building by our team.

On the corner of 15th and Main Street, our team completed steel stud, insulation, drywall, and paint for this four-storey wood-framed project. The scope of work included 49 units from streetside studios to courtyard. The unique angled façade of the building provides more greenspace than a traditional townhouse development.

This five-storey residential project is in the heart of Kerrisdale. The project includes high-end residences on levels two to four with commercial amenity space on the ground level and a 3,000 sq restaurant. Our team had the opportunity to do the steel stud, insulation, and drywall for this low rise.

W2 brings a modern approach to the rental experience. Located in trendy Olympic Village, this purpose-built rental property consists of a 12-storey residential building and a 6-storey podium providing 133 strata-titled housing.
