This project was completed for Wales Mclelland at 200 Business Park in Langley. This is a tilt-up construction, three-storey multi-tenant retail and office facility. The building has insulated windows along with exterior finishing which include decorative aluminum panels. The lobby was finished with ceramic, stone tile, and wood veneers. Our team provided steel stud, insulation, drywalling, and painting services for all floors.

The Arbutus Centre was redevelopment project. It included complete upgrades to certain aspects such as the civil infrastructure while keeping a portion of the existing mall in operation throughout construction. This was mixed-use project including 285 market rentals and 100 City of Vancouver rental suites. Further there is close to 100,000 sq ft of commercial retail space including six shell spaces and a fit-out of a large Safeway store. Our team provided steel stud, insulation, drywalling and paint services to all the rental suites and commercial/retail spaces.

Highbury Residences is a high-end, concrete residential building with six residences and six studios. Two residences per floor create the space and feel of a single-family home with top-of-the-line finishes and expansive floor plans. The building also features outdoor gardens and rooftop decks for residents. Our team completed the steel stud, insulation, drywalling, and paint of all these suites. Finishes in all suites were completed with utmost care to create reliable home for every occupant.

This project consists of two six-storey buildings and four two-storey villas with a distinctive façade of floor-to-ceiling windows. Each home receives the maximum amount of sunlight while minimizing glare, based on the buildings design. 1555 W8 is a collection of twenty executive residences with a four and an eight-storey element. Steel stud, insulation, drywall, and paint were completed for the residential units. The two distinct masses of building are also arranged to enclose a shared courtyard garden.

This four-storey concrete residential building features 16 spacious, high-end two and three-bedroom suites. The units have expansive windows, over-height ceilings, air conditioning, premium kitchens, bathrooms, underground parking, and retail space on the ground floor. This five-storey residential project is in the heart of Kerrisdale. The project includes high-end residences on levels two to four with commercial amenity space on the ground level and a 3,000 sq restaurant. Our team had the opportunity to do the steel stud, insulation, and drywall for this low rise.

This is a 12 storey concrete residential building, approximately 12,639 sq ft. It includes high-end residential units and an affordable housing component for the City of Vancouver. The rooftop terrace comes with community kitchen, and there is a public ground floor plaza with over 12,000 sq ft of commercial space.
